About Us

Hello and a warm welcome to my web site. My name is Wendy and together with my daughter Sophie we breed Persians under the prefix Trazarra.

My life in the cat world began 27 years ago when my husband bought me my first Persian.
A beautiful black and white male kitten named Graford Mischling (Beyes to all who knew and loved him). Beyes had a long show career as a desexed male earning titles to become known as
C.C.C.A. Ch. Gold Pr/Pr Graford Mischling (Hons).
My dear sweet Beyes lived a wonderful long life before getting his angel wings and crossing rainbow bridge just short of his 17th birthday.

I registered my breeders prefix "Trazarra" in 1987 with GCCFV breeding Tabby persians and then moving on to smokes.
Together with my daughter, Sophie, we now specialize in breeding patched and silver/smoke persians and we cannot thank Willangi Cattery, Jan and Patricia, enough for allowing some of their stunning cats to share our lives. A huge thank you also to Barbara Beatson of Windeacres Cattery in New Zealand for allowing Wellington to share our lives and for our two new babies Brodie and Misty.
I would also like to thank Rosie Rogers of Chainoponds Cattery in Tamworth, for allowing 2 of her beautiful girls to come and join our breeding program.

Both Sophie and I are both qualified stewards with GCCFV . I attend almost all GCCFV shows some of my cats at weekends.

I am currently the 2nd Vice President of GCCFV and have been appointed the Groups 1, 2 and 4 registrar.

The newest member of our "team" is our 10 year old son Riley. He has just joined GCCFV as a new member, comencing 2009 and is the proud owner of his first show neuter "Eldorato Mickey Blue Eyes" a stunning blue point birman he chose himself when Mickey was only 5 weeks old.

I am the 2nd Vice President of GCCFV and have been appointed the Groups 1, 2 and 4 registrar.

All of our cats are DNA PKD Negative.

We are located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, just a short stroll from Western Port Bay, Victoria, Australia.
